**Scheduling an appointment states that you agree to Kleen Aesthetics’ policy.**

-Payment Methods – Cash, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal & Cash App.

-$50 nonrefundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time, for all permanent makeup treatments and $25 nonrefundable booking fee/deposit for all other services. Booking fee/deposits will go towards the total cost of your service. An invoice will be sent shortly after scheduling your appointment and must be paid before the end of the day. Booking fee/deposits that are not satisfied within that time, will automatically be canceled. Booking fee/deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances. If you would like to reschedule, you MUST do so 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Booking fee/deposits will not be rolled over for cancelations made less than 72 hours in advance, no shows, and same day cancelations. If this time frame is missed the booking fee/deposit is forfeited as a late fee. No exceptions will be granted. This also applies to touch-up procedures. In that case, the original booking fee/deposit would be forfeited, and an additional $50/$25 will be required to make a new appointment. If two appointments are missed or cancelled, payment in full will be due prior to the new schedule date. If you purchased a package, that session will count as one of your package sessions. Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service.

-No transaction fee will be assessed on payments made by cash.
 ***Please note, some credit cards & banks charge additional or higher processing fees, in that case a service fee of 4% of the total payment amount will be automatically assessed on those card payments at the time of purchase. Payments may continue to be made by cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Apple Pay without imposition of a service fee. Note that Kleen Aesthetics does not receives any portion of the service fee.

 

​*If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you only. Kleen Aesthetics does not over-book and has limited availability.

*Term and conditions are subject to change without notice. We try to honor all emergencies and special situations with care and understanding whenever possible, so please contact Kleen Aesthetics if you have any issues with your scheduled appointment time.

-Late Arrival – We strongly encourage our guests to arrive on time to allow time to fill out paperwork, if needed and get settled in. If arriving 10 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be subject to cancelation and booking fee/deposits will be forfeited. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next client, Kleen Aesthetics is unable to take any clients arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. 

-Packages must be paid in full – up front. Once treatments have begun, remaining package is nonrefundable, nontransferable. Expiration date for package purchases is 6 months after initial purchase. Consistency is key to great results!

-Follow up perfecting treatments for permanent makeup are no sooner than 6 weeks and must be completed within 10 weeks of last treatment.

-Kleen Aesthetics is open by appointment only. Due to the nature of our detailed artistic services, we kindly request that you do not bring children, guests or pets with you to your appointment. No others, besides the client, will be allowed in the room.

-Cell phones on silent during the treatment, out of consideration of others. Cell phone use is not permitted while permanent makeup services are rendered.

-PLEASE LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME. Due to liability reasons no children under 18 are allowed in the salon at anytime. We want to provide the best atmosphere for our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
